The European Commission has published a call for tenders named “”European Employment Policy Observatory” in the context of Programme for Employment and Social Solidarity (PROGRESS). Tenderers should submit their tenders to European Commission either by registered post, by hand or by courier not later than 18 February 2013. For application, European Commission (Brussels) local time zone should be taken into account.
