Aim of Operation and Outputs |
Within the scope of the operation, it is aimed to increase the capacity and efficiency of SME employers and employees by using Information and Communication Technologies. The operation consists of service and supply components. The analysis of best practice models in the EU, in developed countries and in Turkey was made in the area of online learning and according to this study an innovative online learning methods was developed and under the technical assistance project a framework for other activities was developed that are conducted in the project. An online learning platform with a total of 100 online courses has been set up and 100 visual content courses have been uploaded to the portal. In total, 8252 workers and 1123 employers benefited from these courses and 7874 online certificates were given. 32 stakeholders from 5 target provinces were visited in order to promote these courses and the project. In Eskişehir, İzmir, Ankara, Gaziantep and İstanbul, one-on-one meetings were held with the participation of 176 people. Also, in these 5 target provinces, seminars were organized with the participation of 160 people in order to raise awareness about online learning. The cooperation protocols were signed between METU and 54 stakeholders from 5 different provinces for the sustainability of the technical assistance project. In the scope of the project's target provinces, information days were held with the participation of 775 people in total in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Eskisehir and Gaziantep. With the participation of various stakeholders in Ankara, a total of 5 meetings were held with the participation of 218 people. In order to increase the awareness of the portal in the public sector, a technology run event was held in METU campus for approximately 1000 people. In terms of supply component, 3 lots were procured. Information technologies and furniture design products have been provided. |
